We bring together young professionals and college students with established experts in their respective fields, fostering connections based on shared heritage and professional interests. This program not only helps aspiring professionals take their first steps, but also allows established leaders to give back meaningfully to their community.

Mentoring

NOIAW’s Mentoring Program connects members seeking guidance, insight and professional development with experienced members who can share their knowledge, perspective and support. Pairings are thoughtfully made based on professional interests, experience and individual goals.

Mentoring relationships typically last 6–12 months, with our next pairings beginning in January 2027.
