Catherine Maimone Conrad, MHA, RD, LDN

Immersed in Italian culture and cuisine, Catherine naturally absorbed the generations of Italian heritage and nutrition that surrounded her at a young age. As a first generation Italian-American woman, Catherine strives to lead others towards a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating, especially as we age. Located in New England and providing counseling throughout the country, she aims to lead the next generation of Italian-American women towards wellness and health.

Irene Magistro

Director of Magistro Institute 

I am a global business professional, founder of Magistro Institute Ltd., love helping, educating, and supporting people as they develop their talents and business strategies.

I have spent half of my career in the law field. The other half was spanning a college alumni association as international director, higher education – nonprofit as director, chief executive officer, and business owner. Currently working as Institute Director for Magistro Institute Ltd, I am widely known for assertive communication, international networking, and talent development expertise.

While my global network engagement has taken me worldwide, I am proud to call Italy home. I am a believer, a sustainable leader, communicator by nature, creative by passion.

Rose Cappa Rotunno (Rosaria)

Vice President Institutional Advancement at Wartburg

 Rose Cappa Rotunno is a first generation Italian American.  She has been in the not-for-profit world for 30 years.  Her first job was at the United Way of Westchester and Putnam.  She then left to work at Pace University and later worked at American Red Cross of Westchester and United Negro College Fund before starting her own company in 1999.  She spent the last 20 years providing development consulting and event management to over 100 different organizations before taking her current role of Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Wartburg where she manages Development, Marketing, Volunteerism and Community Relations.   

Christine DeBiase

Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Brighthouse Financial.

DeBiase graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a bachelor’s degree in communications and from the Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. Passionate about the empowerment of women through sports, she serves on the advisory board for PowerPlay NYC, Inc and on the Foundation Board for the National Junior College Athletic Association.

 Christine’s family immigrated to the United States through Ellis Island. Her family had resided in Palermo, Sicily and just outside of Naples in Avellino and Agropoli. As a proud Italian American, she enjoys visiting the towns where her family lived to learn more about their history and culture.
