Award-winning singer and NOIAW member Cristina Fontanelli is offering NOIAW members a special discount for her upcoming concert, “Opera in the Hamptons: Cristina Fontanelli and Her Fabulous Friends.” See ticket purchase and discount details below.

The July 23 concert will continue the annual tradition of highlighting the great arias, duets and Broadway songs of the world at Duck Walk Vineyard North. Fontanelli is joined by guest artists Ricardo Rivera (Baritone), tenor Blake Friedman, fifth-grader Katie Heath, and other surprise artists.

The event takes place in Duck Walk’s beautiful indoor tasting room built by Long Island wine industry pioneer, Dr. Herodotas “Dan” Damianos. Dr. Damianos passed away in 2014 and the show will commemorate his love for opera. Guests are invited to come before the concert to enjoy the wines of Duck Walk and picnic on the lovely outdoor patio.

Soprano Cristina Fontanelli is a highly acclaimed singer and PBS-TV and CBS-TV host. She has sung throughout the United States, Europe, the Far East and the Middle East. Ms. Fontanelli has sung at the Clinton White House and for the Inauguration of President George W. Bush, with the Palm Beach, Cairo, NY and New Jersey State Opera, has received the Lifetime Achievement Award in the Arts from the Order Sons of Italy in America (previous honoree Luciano Pavarotti) and has appeared as  PBS-TV WNET/WLIW host for Andrea Bocelli “Live From Central Park” and “Il Volo Takes Flight.” Click here for a full bio.
