Join fellow Westchester Network NOIAW members and friends for an evening of tastings from Casa Emma, a premier organic vineyard in Chianti, Italy. Our special guest for the evening is Alessio Biencassa, Manager of Casa Emma Vineyards, who will conduct wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings with food shipped from Casa Emma and Italy. Alessio will offer a short history of the family’s business, aspects of rosso v. bianco and suggestions for wine-food pairings.
