Born in Perugia and raised in Umbria, Letizia Mattiacci has been hosting popular culinary workshops at her family home near Assisi, Italy for over a decade. She owns Alla Madonna del Piatto country inn and cooking school in Assisi, Italy, which has received widespread media recognition including in The New York Times, Lonely Planet and an appearance on BBC television. Food + Wine magazine lists her cooking school as one of their favorites in Italy and National Geographic lists it as one of the top 500 places to eat around the globe.

Join us for an unforgettable evening as Letizia leads a presentation on Umbrian food and rich culture. Savor four hand-selected and designed dishes from A Kitchen with a View, Letizia’s cookbook that features simple and deliciously authentic Italian food. Italian wines selected by Pane e Vino Ristorante will be paired to complement each dish. Then hear Letizia discuss what makes her recipes and stories so special and authentic in the Question and Answer session at the end of the evening.
