The trip includes the following:

TRANSPORTATION

• Economy Alitalia airfare from New York City to Rome
• Rome to Palermo
• Catania to Rome
• Rome to New York City with airport taxes

All transfers from airport to hotel and admissions to events are included.

HOTELS

• 3 nights in Palermo at the Grand Hotel Wagner (5 star)
  
• 2 nights in Catania at the Grand Hotel Baia Verde* (4 star)
  
• 3 nights in Rome at the Rose Garden Palace (4 star) 

*To date, the Grand Hotel Baia Verde is unconfirmed.

MEALS

• Buffet breakfast every morning.
• Several lunches and dinners
• In Sicily, we will have a Gattopardo dinner, a Farmhouse dinner, etc.

SIGHTSEEING

• Sicily: Palermo, Erice, Trapani, Monreale, Marsala, Selinunte, Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone and a day's visit to beautiful Taormina. A few small towns may be included as well.
• A half-day conference and meetings with different Italian women's groups in Palermo and Catania, and meetings with various dignitaries will be scheduled in Sicily.
• Rome: a night sightseeing tour of Rome, a Tiber dinner cruise and a Vatican tour. We are working on a possible Papal audience or visit with the President of Italy or US Ambassador.
