Committees

Mentor Program Committee encourages the educational goals of the membership by promoting mentor-mentee relationships, whereby members serve as role models for students aspiring to professional careers.

Program Committee provides cultural and educational programs for the benefit of the membership and the community at large.

Public Relations Committee promotes a greater understanding between the community and the Organization and publicizes functions and events. Robyn Imbimbo, Chair, Board Task Force.

Membership Committee is responsible for the development of new members for the Organization and the handling of new member activities. Cristina Matera, MD, Chair.

Fundraising Committee plans events that raise money to support activities of the Organization in accordance with the policy of the Board of Directors.

Conference/Luncheon Committee coordinates the activities and responsibilities of yearly fundraising events in association with the Organization’s annual event/bi-annual conference. Aileen Sirey - Chair.

Scholarship Committee evaluates scholarship applications and selects qualified students each year to participate in the Organization’s educational scholarship program. Donna de Matteo - Chair.
